Lie on your back with your knees bent and soles of your feet together. Let your knees drop to the sides. Place your arms by your side or rest them on your belly.
Lie on your back and extend your legs up against a wall. Keep your arms relaxed by your sides, palms facing upward.
Kneel on the floor, bring your big toes together, and sit on your heels. Extend your arms forward and rest your forehead on the mat.
Start on all fours, hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Inhale as you arch your back (cow), exhale as you round your spine (cat).
Sit with your legs extended straight in front of you. Inhale, lengthen your spine, and exhale as you fold forward, reaching toward your feet.
