Top 05 Yoga Poses You Can Do While You Travel

1. Seated Cat-Cow Stretch

Sit upright in your seat with feet flat on the floor. Inhale as you arch your back and lift your chest, moving into a seated cow pose.

2. Seated Forward Bend

While seated, extend your legs if you have space or keep them slightly bent.

3. Neck Rolls

Sit tall and gently roll your head in a circular motion.

4. Seated Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana)

Sit tall and place your right hand on your left knee. 

5. Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana)

Stand up with your feet hip-width apart. Inhale, lengthen your spine, then exhale and bend forward, allowing your head and arms to hang down toward the floor.
