Sit upright in your seat with feet flat on the floor. Inhale as you arch your back and lift your chest, moving into a seated cow pose.
While seated, extend your legs if you have space or keep them slightly bent.
Sit tall and place your right hand on your left knee.
Stand up with your feet hip-width apart. Inhale, lengthen your spine, then exhale and bend forward, allowing your head and arms to hang down toward the floor.
